Rates and Policies:

• All availability can be found via our VRBO listing.

• Bookings can be made directly by reaching out to us (see Contact Us page) or through VRBO.

• We have a minimum 5-night stay requirement in July and August; otherwise our minimum is 3 nights.

• Our nightly rate for 2026 is $730 per night from June 1 through September 30. Our nightly rate off-season is $680 per night.

• Our nightly rate for holidays is $780 per night (including Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)

• We charge a $250 cleaning fee per stay.

• We do allow dogs and cats; we charge a $200 fee per stay.

• We do not allow groups of more than 8 people.

• We do not allow parties in our home.

• Check-in is at 3pm or later.

• Check-out is at 10am or earlier.

Booking with us:

• For bookings that are made directly with us and via VRBO we take payment up front.

• If you book directly with us, we will send you a standard contract.

• We accept cancelations for a full refund up to 14 days in advance of the reservation. We provide a 50% refund up to 7 days in advance of the reservation. After 7 days, we do not provide refunds.
